Terms of Service

  • Payment: Half payment before I can start drawing. Rough sketch before payment is normal, nothing beyond that.

  • Changes: Changes throughout is okay, as long as they arent anything major! (Color, small details, text, haircut before color, ect.)

  • One change allowed in sketch before payment.

  • Refunds: No refunds after lineart has started if you payed half/half. Half refund if you payed full. No refunds on Discord products.

  • Refunds only available if I take much longer than said, or if given something you did not ask for (with proof).

  • Payment Meathods: I take payment through: Cashapp, Venmo, Ko-Fi and Paypal. For art $10 and under, I also take different Discord products (Nitro or profile effects)

  • Process: Throughout the commission, I will send progress screenshots after each step (Sketch, lineart, color, render, etc.) During which I will ask if you want any changes done (Unless you want to keep it a surprise!)

  • Turn Around Time: My TAT can be from 3 days, up to 2-3 weeks depending on workload/commission type. I will let you know how long it will take when you commission me, and update you if it takes longer! (With reasons if asked). Please be understanding as this is a hobby, not my job.

  • Terms: I will only take 3 commissions at once. If those 3 slots are full, you have to wait until I’m finished with all of them.

  • I have the right to turn down any commission for any reason. I do not have to disclose the reason if I do not want to.

  • AI/NFTs: My art cannot be used for generation of AI images, or to train any AI models. It can also not be used for NFTs, and if I find out you have used my art for either of these reasons, I can press legal charges.

  • NSFW/Suggestive: I will ask for age verification/ID to ensure you are over the age of 18. I will never share this information, it is just for buyer and artist safety. I can refuse anything, and I will charge +20% than base price. I will NEVER do feral, underage, or nonconsensual. Please as for NSFW examples after I get ID verification.

Nowadays I much preferer traditional art, so some examples may be that (and feel free to commission it as traditional!). However, digital is typically easier for commissions because of image quality and how easy it is to fix mistakes/make changes,
